Want to return something?

No problem — just make sure:

• The item is in the same condition you got it (unworn, unused, with tags).
• It's in the original packaging.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

1. Email us at digitalvenue800@gmail and we’ll guide you through the process.
2. Important: Do not send anything back before contacting us — we won’t be able to accept it without approval.
3. Once we approve your return, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us right away so we can fix it.

Items that can't be returned

We do not accept returns for:

• Perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (like beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

The quickest way is to return the item; once it's accepted, place a new order for what you want.

EU Customers — 14-Day Return

If you're in the EU, you have 14 days to return your order for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you need proof of purchase.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take a few more days for your bank or card provider to process it.
